TattooPrinter 账号删除申请

我们尊重您的隐私。如果您希望删除您的 TattooPrinter 账号及相关数据，请按照以下指引操作。

如何删除账号（操作步骤）

您可以通过以下两种方式之一提交删除申请：

通过 App 内直接注销（推荐）：
打开 TattooPrinter App 并登录，依次点击 「我的」 → 「设置」 → 「账号与安全」 → 「注销账户」。确认后，您的账号将立即被删除。
通过发送邮件申请：
如果您无法登录 App，请发送邮件至 support@meihengtong.cn。
邮件标题请注明：申请删除账号。
邮件正文请提供您的注册邮箱或手机号以便我们核实身份。我们将在收到申请后的 7 个工作日内为您处理完成。

一旦您的账号被删除，我们将对您的数据进行以下处理：

将被删除的数据：
您的账号信息（包括邮箱、手机号、昵称、头像）、您上传的素材与作品、聊天记录、设备绑定信息。
将被保留的数据及保留期限：
根据相关法律法规要求，我们可能会保留必要的交易记录和合规记录（例如支付订单信息）。这些数据将在法定保留期（通常为 6个月）届满后，进行彻底删除或匿名化处理。

We respect your privacy. If you wish to delete your TattooPrinter account and related data, please follow the instructions below.

You can submit a deletion request through one of the following two methods:

Direct deletion within the App (Recommended):
Open the TattooPrinter App and log in, then go to 「Me」 → 「Settings」 → 「Account & Security」 → 「Delete Account」. After confirmation, your account will be deleted immediately.
Submit a request by email:
If you are unable to log in to the App, please send an email to support@meihengtong.cn.
Please use the subject line: Request to Delete Account.
In the email body, provide your registered email address or phone number so that we can verify your identity. We will process your request within 7 business days after receiving it.

Once your account is deleted, we will handle your data as follows:

Data to be deleted:
Your account information (including email, phone number, nickname, and avatar), materials and works you uploaded, chat history, and device binding information.
Data to be retained and retention period:
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, we may retain necessary transaction records and compliance records (such as payment order information). These data will be permanently deleted or anonymized after the statutory retention period (usually 6 months) expires.
